Right now, more than 65 million people have been forced to flee war and persecution. Millions more are on the move because of natural disasters and poverty. The needs have never been greater, yet many countries have turned their backs.

Canadians have shown solidarity with refugees by welcoming thousands of Syrians into our communities. As we come together to celebrate Canada’s 150th, let’s continue to show the world that we stand as one with people forced to flee.

JOIN US in telling Prime Minister Trudeau that we're proud of Canada's actions so far, and encourage Canada to increase resettlement numbers – especially for women and girls – who are at increased risk of violence.
